Gregory Mattes, President – Account Executive

Greg founded Lakepointe Insurance Agency in 2003. He is a Licensed Property, Casualty, Life & and Health Insurance agent with over 29 years of insurance experience. Greg earned a BBA in business marketing and management from Northwood University 1987. He also earned Certified Insurance Counselor designation through the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. Greg is currently active in the business overseeing all ongoing operations.

James Mair – Account Executive

James is a licensed property and casualty agent and has worked in the insurance industry for many years. Since 2007 he has experience as both an independent agent and captive agent. As an independent agent he is able to shop several leading insurance markets to get the best policy for you. His goal – to be your agent for life and for generations to come. He takes pride in representing you as his customer and meeting your needs.

Jeannie Feeney – Office Manager

Jeannine has worked in the insurance industry since 1985 and maintains the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. In addition to her many daily agency responsibilities, Jeannine, is an outstanding commercial and personal account manager. She and her hushand, Don, share 4 children. She has a passion for the outdoors and is a member of Ducks Unlimited and serves on the board of the St. Clair Flats Hunting Retriever Club. Jeannine has been with Lakepointe since 2004.

Nick Dinverno – Account Executive

Nick has extensive knowledge in the insurance industry and is a licensed Property, Casualty, Life and Health agent. Representing many Michigan insurers enables competitive placement of all types of insurance coverage. Nick has served the Southeast Michigan territory for many years and is a lifelong eastsider currently living in St. Clair Shores with his wife and two boys. Outside of the office Nick enjoys playing hockey, golf, and spending time with family.

Kris Wickham – Controller

Kris has worked in the insurance industry for many years. She joined Lakepointe after working several years managing the accounting at a large insurance company here in Southeastern Michigan. Her experience and solid financial background allows her to support many of the agency financial functions. In her free time Kris enjoys playing golf and spending time with her husband and 2 children.

Jill Mattes, VP – Health Insurance & Financial Services

Jill is a licensed Health and Life agent. She earned her undergraduate degree from Ohio University, Athens, Ohio. She also earned her Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA), with finance emphasis, from the University of Detroit Mercy. Currently representing many of Michigan’s best health insurance carriers she is able to place coverage for both group and individuals. She is also licensed by both the Health Insurance Marketplace and SHOP health insurance market. She and her husband spend their free time taking care of their 4 children.

Vicki Barry

Vicki is a licensed Insurance agent. Her extensive insurance background and insurance knowledge are key to providing extraordinary service in all lines of coverage.
